Roscommon County Health Improvement Endowment Fund

Established in 2015, the Fund will provide grants in support of community-wide medical health initiatives with priority given to programs that serve at-risk or low-income residents of Roscommon County.

2025 – Ogemaw Hills Free Clinic – $1,200.00 for Improving Diabetic Health Outcomes.

2024 – C.O.O.R. Intermediate School District – $1,200.00 for Sensory Sense.
C.O.O.R. Intermediate School District – $1,000.00 for Food Pantry / Care Closet.
River House, Inc. – $290.00 for Transportation cards.
Lake Township – $2,500.00 for Lake Township Rustic Nature Trail.

2023 – Human Trafficking Community Group – $900.00 for Human Trafficking.
C.O.O.R. Intermediate School District – $400.00 for Individual Water Bottles for Each Student.

2022 – C.O.O.R. Intermediate School District – $2,400.00 for Rifton Support Station.
Crawford Roscommon Child Protection Council – $2,700.00 for Strengthening Fatherhood.
Roscommon County Commission on Aging, Inc. – $1,575.00 for “Meals-on-Wheels” Support Equipment.

2021 – Roscommon County Veteran Affairs – $2,220.00 for Summer Programming 2021.

2020 – Alzheimer’s Disease & Related Disorders Association, Inc. – $1,325.00 for Roscommon County Dementia Education Program.
Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency – $1,325.00 for Brain Health Toolkit.

2019 – New Connections, Inc. – $2,000.00 for Transportation.
C.O.O.R. Intermediate School District – $2,358.00 for Circle of Parents Roscommon County.
Northern Lakes Community Mental Health – $2,000.00 for Transportation.

2017 – Northern Michigan Children’s Assessment Center – $710.00 for Child & Teen Body Safety Information.

2016 – American Cancer Society – $877.71 for Implementation of Road to Recovery Program, Roscommon County.
