Robert R. Thalner established this Fund in 1997. Higgins Lake is known for its clear, pristine water and thus attracts tourists and seasonal visitors as well as locals. The Fund supports projects, activities or programs that protect, improve or increase appreciation of the natural environment and clean water of Higgins Lake.
