The Richard Torongo Memorial Athletic Scholarship Fund, an Endowment Fund of Roscommon County Community Foundation (RCCF), recently awarded the 2015 scholarship to Dane Smitz, a Roscommon Middle School student, to attend a sports camp this summer.
