In 1997 the Roscommon Community Foundation (RCCF) was established with a clear mission to support and create a strong community within Roscommon County. Staying true to our mission and hoping to fulfill and support the everchanging needs of our community, the Board of Trustees has established the Community Impact Fund to honor 25 years of service to Roscommon County.
RCCF Vice President, Diane Nielsen says “As a board member I’m very excited about the establishment of our new Community Impact Fund.” Nielsen has served on the Board of Trustees since 2016. “It’s a great way to honor our 25 years of service to Roscommon County and support the changing needs of the community.”
The Community Impact Fund is an unrestricted fund and the goal the RCCF would like to reach in the fund by year end is $250,000. “I hope you will consider joining me in making a donation to this fund or another fund that meets your interests or passions” Nielsen stated. With this fund, the RCCF hopes to be able to fund projects to promote community development, health and human services, public safety and youth development and needs.
Help us reach our goal! You can support the Community Impact Fund by sending your donation to RCCF at P.O. Box 824, Roscommon, MI 48653 or by visiting our website www.myrccf.org/give/online to donate.
