The Roscommon County Community Foundation (RCCF) is pleased to announce that Northern Michigan Children’s Assessment Center received a grant of $1,200.00 for tele-mental health care. Funding for this project was provided by a Family Donor Advised Fund in response to COVID-19.
The purpose of this grant was to implement protocols and conduct trauma-based counseling to keep in contact with the children and families that they serve.
A second grant, in the amount of $1,000.00, was awarded to the First Congregational Church for their food pantry. Funding for this project was provided by a Family Donor Advised Fund in response to COVID-19.
The purpose of this grant was to provide the community with the necessities they need during this pandemic to survive.
